  • Managing, updating and building the sales contacts database through various channels.
  • Preparing sales proposals.
  • Ability to solve problems and ultimately deliver sales results within set time frames.
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment.
  • Analysing results of email marketing campaigns for sales prospects and follow-up.
  • Developing sales strategies and channel sales relationships.
  • Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner
  • Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities or service (e.g hours of operation, rate and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurant etc)
  • Responsible for coordinating internally with team
  • Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers
  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g proposals, contracts, banquet event orders)
  • Ensures all documents produces by the sales department (e.g banquet event orders, contracts, rooming lists, proposal) are completed accurately and on time
  • Manage and maintain managers schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, events and any appointments
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material are available at all times
  • These records provide useful data for sales reports and for planning future sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Sales administrators provide support for sales representatives when they are away from the office.
  •  They take calls or e-mails from customers and alert representatives to any urgent issues.
  • This support helps the field sales team work more productively and focus on dealing with customers.
  • Sales administrators maintain records of sales and compare them with targets to help sales managers and representatives monitor the team's progress.
  • Record and process sales representatives’ expenses, such as fuel or hotel accommodation, and prepare reports against budgets.
