Responsibilities During seminars, replenish drinks and change glasses during break time. Clear soiled dishes, glasses, tables and chairs after function and put them back in proper storage. Ensure that soiled linen, napkins and towels are counted and sent to the laundry. Obtains requisition supplies, materials and equipment from stewarding, Housekeeping and other functional areas. Cleans and polishes material and equipment such as glassware, chinaware and silverware. Arranges function rooms and set tables base in details of arrangements for functions. Ensure AV equipment is properly set up according to the needs of the organizer. Informed superior of need for repair of fixtures and furniture in function rooms and of need for temperature adjustments. Serve food according to the menu agreed.
