Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests
  • Clearing and setting tables
  • Assist in the daily preparation of mise-en-place
  • Polishing of cutlery and glassware
  • Checks customer satisfaction regularly
  • Order taking and serving guests while maintaining the standards
  • Able to explain in detail Food & Beverage menu
  • Maintains complete knowledge of the features, services, rates and promotions at the restaurant and at the hotel
  • Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues
  • Maintains per level of equipment and supplies
  • Filling in for absent staff as needed
  • Promptly respond to guest with any additional request
