Responsibilities

  • Cleans and maintains cleanliness guest restrooms and free bad smelly
  • Clean and maintains cleanliness surrounding lobby area
  • Clear rubbish and vacuum banquet hall and function rooms
  • Polishes and wiping furniture, metal surface and fixtures
  • Clean and polishes escalator and guest lifts
  • Empties and clean ashtray and urns
  • Clean rugs carpet and floor mat using vacuum cleaner
  • Wiping and clear cob web surrounding pillar or ceiling
  • Keeps the front of the hotel free from trash
  • Clean and clear rubbish at back of the house e.g. admin office, staff locker, surau and staircases
  • Clean glass panel surrounding lobby area and outlet
  • Ensure potted plant and landscape area clean and maintain
  • Ensure carpark area clean and free from thrash
  • Ensure other hotel facilities e.g. spa, gym and club house in good condition and clean
  • Responsible for upkeep of all the equipment and machine which is using
  • Responsible for maintaining a time schedule for cleaning of their area
  • Responsible for spring cleaning of their area as per the schedule given
  • Responsible to report any damage or missing item while on duty
  • Manage to handle machine scrubbing and carpet machine
