- Greet and seat guests
- Clearing and setting tables
- Assist in the daily preparation of mise-en-place
- Polishing of cutlery and glassware
- Checks customer satisfaction regularly
- Order taking and serving guests while maintaining the standards
- Able to explain in detail Food & Beverage menu
- Maintains complete knowledge of the features, services, rates and promotions at the restaurant and at the hotel
- Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Maintains per level of equipment and supplies
- Filling in for absent staff as needed
- Promptly respond to guest with any additional request
