  • Set and post digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
  • Manage Social Media calendar schedule and ensure all the posts to be scheduled accordingly
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Build strong guests relationships through social media interaction
  • Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Liaise with Creative, Content, and Events team to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
  • Identify advertising needs, establish best practices in digital marketing, and stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
  • Updates all website contents as and when necessary and making sure all is up to date
  • Identifies & compiles the collection of data via digital and works closely with Marcom Admin
  • Analyses on OTA review & Guest Satisfaction via ReviewPro
  • Analyze guest satisfaction via digital data collection
  • Plans and execute all events and activities based on event schedule and ensuring it is being executed effectively
  • Research on upcoming events in planned area coverage to plan our own events more effectively
  • Analyze competitor’s latest promotions and activities
  • Look for possible sponsorship or collaboration for individual events when necessary
